Current Open Positions

Seeking an onsite field mechanic who has the ability and experience to inspect daily crusher and screener operations. This individual must have the ability to also diagnose and make mechanical repairs to various types of crushers, jaws, screens, conveyors, feeders, hydraulic systems, pumps, chutes, bins, hoopers, curtain plates. Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining pm services and tracking wear items on the screeners and crushers. No on-road travel required, all of the equipment is located in Keasbey, NJ. The mechanic will report to equipment manager daily. Rate will be evaluated based on mechanical experience with crushers and screeners. Work Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday   Desired Skills:
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working on crushers and screeners
  • Able to read and write to order parts

Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Bayshore Recycling, located in Keasbey, NJ is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with at least 5 years experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and engines on Caterpillar and Komatsu earthmoving equipment. No travel. Hours: Mon. – Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm (Rotating Saturdays 7:00am – 12:00pm noon) Desired Skills: 5 years experience working on heavy equipment Caterpillar troubleshooting software knowledge a plus Knowledge of service manuals and parts books We offer Medical Insurance and a 401-K Plan.
Diesel Truck Mechnic
Bayshore Recycling located in Keasbey, NJ, is seeking a diesel truck mechanic with at least 5 years’ experience of technical knowledge troubleshooting and repairing Caterpillar and Mack engines. Knowledge troubleshooting and repairing dump truck, roll-off, and trailer suspensions. We are willing to pay top dollar however, pay rate will be evaluated regarding experience as a mechanic. Material Recovery Facility Supervisor
Bayshore Recycling, located in Keasbey, NJ is seeking Material Recovery Facility Supervisor.

Job Description Supervises night shift operation of Single Stream MRF - Including oversight and management of employees and MRF equipment. Supervision and management of employees (Sorters, Laborers, Machine Operators) and operations on a daily basis. Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to. Oversee regular scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities

Education and Experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in recycling or MRF environment
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Experience with and working knowledge of mechanical systems including conveyor systems, screeners and balers
  • Ability to operate equipment including lift trucks and wheel loaders
  • Ability to speak both Spanish and English is ideal
  • Schedule Flexibility during training and as needed
Parts Purchasing Agent
Busy Construction Recycling Facility is looking for a Parts Purchasing Agent:

  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing.
  • Obtains recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to the items ordered.
  • Keeps an organized and detailed work space by filing and sorting documents.


  • With Heavy Duty Truck Parts for Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Cummins, and Caterpillar.
  • Komatsu, Caterpillar, Link Belt, John Deere, Yale, and Liugong heavy equipment.
  • Rock Crushing Eagle, Sandvik, Extec, and Edge equipment.
  • Computer knowledge of CAT SIS and Manger Plus.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office Excel as well as Microsoft Word

  • At least two years’ experience as a parts counter person or purchasing agent.
  • Computer Skills of entering data, purchasing orders, and multi-tasking.
  • Knowledge of Construction machine parts for Excavators, Loaders, Etc. Knowledge of Heavy Commercial Trucks.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
