VALERIE MONTECALVO, President

Valerie Montecalvo has been a leader and visionary in the recycling, materials recovery, and infrastructure construction businesses for 30 years. In the last decade, she has focused her attention and talent in the environmental and renewable energy arenas. In early 1995, Valerie commenced construction recycling after seeing firsthand the tremendous amount of waste produced by the heavy highway industry. Six years later, the Montecalvo’s acquired a 52-acre, demographically blessed, heavy industrial site on the Raritan River with barge and rail. FRANK MONTECALVO, Vice President

Frank Montecalvo is very much the story of an entrepreneur whose competitive advantages were determination, integrity, intelligence and ambition. Frank started his first recycling business 34 years ago while performing contracting projects. A determined individual he quickly acquired a fleet of heavy equipment and trucks while still in his early 20s. His hands-on management technique guided his firm into the heavy highway and infrastructure arena. Frank and his capable crew installed sanitary sewer systems, storm sewers, water mains, curbs, sidewalks, and paved roads. Frank and his organization diversified into the construction of pump stations and larger municipal projects.
