In 1995, Valerie Montecalvo established Bayshore Recycling Corp. to help solve the growing dilemma of where to dispose of construction debris. While serving as the director and general manager of F. Montecalvo Contracting Co., Inc., she gained valuable experience working in road reconstruction, utility installation, and site work. After seeing firsthand the tremendous amount of recyclable waste produced by the construction industry, the decision to launch Bayshore Recycling Corp. became a necessity.
Our facility, located in Keasbey, Woodbridge Township, NJ, is a certified NJDEP Class-B Recycling Facility. This license enables us to accept concrete, asphalt, brick, block, ID-27, and slag. After processing, these products are turned into marketable commodities such as 3/4", 1-1/2" and 2-1/2" clean stone, DGA road stone, sand and a variety of other materials including special blends. We also have roll-off container services available to better serve our customers.
Bayshore offers our clients some additional benefits. We are certified as a WBE with the State of New Jersey. In terms of convenience, delivery and pick-up services available. We are easily accessible from the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Routes 440, 287, 35, 9, 1 and the Outerbridge Crossing. As a waterfront operation, we can accommodate barges and have active rail service. These alternate modes of transportation are what help to make our facility so unique.
The success and growth of our company are attributed to the standards adhered to on a daily basis: dedication, enthusiasm, foresight and commitment to our clients. It is these qualities that will make it possible for us to expand our already thriving facility and offer our clients unprecedented service in the future.
